Our websites are not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect data relating to children.

HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

To process any orders that you make using our website. If we don’t collect your personal data during checkout we cannot process your order, (legal compliance). Your details may be passed to a third party to deliver your order, (contractual obligations).

All of our payments are processed by PayPal or WorldPay, we do not collect or store payment card information, but in order to process your payment we share order specific personal information with these third party payment service providers, (legitimate interest).

To process refund requests, handle queries, and complaints. We may keep records of these to demonstrate how we communicated with you and to inform any future communications, (contractual obligations, legal compliance) This information also helps us to understand how we can improve our service to customers, (legitimate interests).

To send you communications required by law, (legal compliance) for example information relating to your order, or communications necessary to inform you of product recalls or changes to our services. These service messages do not require prior consent and will not contain any promotional content.

With your agreement, to contact you electronically about promotional offers and products, (consent). You have the right to opt out of receiving promotional communications at any time, by:

• changing marketing preferences via your Tailor Mouse account;
• making use of the simple “unsubscribe” link in emails and/or
• contacting Tailor Mouse via the contact channels set out in this Policy.

To manage any customer accounts you have with us. We use your personal data to maintain, update and safeguard your account. We do this by checking your password when you login, (legitimate interest).

To develop, test, and improve the systems, services and products we provide to our customers, (legitimate interests).

HOW WE PROTECT YOUR DATA

We treat your data with the utmost care and take all appropriate steps to protect it.

Assess to your data is password protected. We do not collect or store payment card details. Passwords you create on our website are encrypted.

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA

Whenever we collect or process your data we will only keep it for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
