To check your order status, just click on the ‘My Account’ link at the top of the page, sign in and then from the order history select ‘view’ to see the details of the particular order.
"The order has been sent to Tailor Mouse". This means we have been notified of your order but it hasn’t been processed yet.
"An invoice for payment has been issued". This is the order acknowledgement you receive after payment has been made.
"A Payment has been received". This means that we have been notified of your payment by PayPal or WorldPay
"The order has been despatched". This means that your order has been despatched in the post or by courier.
"The order has been cancelled". This means your order has been cancelled by either you or us.
If you cancel an order, or return goods for a refund, your order will be updated to notify you of the progress. If you have opted to receive email notifications at the time you placed the order, you will automatically receive an email notifying of the update, together with a link to your account to view the order.
